mini fridge orange juice
The room included a mini fridge and effective air conditioning. Breakfast offered good coffee and fresh orange juice. I thought that was great.
The walls seemed thin. I heard noise easily.

Solid Stay with Great Amenities
effective air conditioning useful fridge
The air conditioning was effective, essential during that time of year. A mini fridge was in the room. I found it quite useful. The pools and slides were fun, and the lifeguards were both efficient and friendly (i felt safe).
The floors in the rooms were not cleaned at all during my entire stay. I found this disappointing. The shower also seemed to lack proper cleaning. The room door did not lock automatically. I thought this was a safety concern.

the pool area is well-kept, and the dining room is kept clean. There is an adequate choice of food available, and the waiting staff is very helpful. Pool facilities include slides, providing entertainment for all ages.

reception staff members are pleasant and helpful, answering queries and organizing taxis. The animation team provides excellent entertainment. The staff in the restaurant work hard, replenishing food and cleaning tables efficiently.

a mixed experience
slow bar service unswept floor
the entertainment was acceptable the beds were comfy.
the bar service was slow the floors in the rooms were not swept during my entire stay there was no option to pay for a coffee and croissant if you only booked a room.
